UX Strategy

Research-based product strategy that's in lockstep with business strategy

  • User and business goal articulation
  • Road mapping and feature prioritization
  • Product/service definition
  • Future-state user journey mapping

Brand Strategy

If your brand and your customer met in a bar, would they go home together?

The Rewired brand identity process is like no other. We do not hide in a mysterious cave for weeks and return to present three various homepages to choose from. Our process is collaborative, transparent and methodical.

  • Begins with a half day collaborative workshop
  • Brand workshop distills into multiple style tiles and voice snippets
  • Process results Brand Voice guide, Brand Style Guide, Microinteractions recommendations, and/or User Personas

This process, like all consulting, is tailored to the client's needs. If you have the visual style guide down but need to better develop your voice or detailed UI guidelines, that's fine! Most companies have some components of a brand identity well articulated and just need our help with specific areas. In the end, we make sure to articulate a voice and visual language that reflects your organization and clicks with your users.

Content Strategy

Content concepts, calendars, and creative guidance to tell your story

What kind of blog posts should you be writing? What type of video content should you be producing? Are tutorials important? And in what format?

We can help you determine your content needs and create a realistic plan that you have the stomach (and time) for. We know getting content out is tough, so we will help identify what type of content will give you the best bang for your buck.

This article will show you how defining the objects our users interact with, and the relationships between them, opens doors to more interconnected—and successful—user experiences.
